ACLU Pentacle lawsuit update

pentacle.jpgOn Friday, February 2, a judge in the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims decided to that a three judge panel will hear oral arguments in the case against the VA brought by the ACLU, which is representing the Aquarian Tabernacle Church and others. No date has been set yet.

We have added new material to our Veteran Pentacle Quest website, including:  (1) CONCERNS about Proposed VA Procedures - we have included a summary of how to review and express concerns about problems with the VA’s proposed procedures (VA-2007-NCA-008-001) for emblems of belief approval for memorial markers, headstones, and plaques it issues to honor deceased veterans: See summary
